SHORT FILM COMEDY NIGHT
With a selection that includes last year’s best movies, STTP returns in April with a new event: STTP Short Film Comedy Night Drive in Cinema in Baneasa.
SHORT FILM FACTORY 03 @ Carturesti
In an attempt to promote the short film nationwide, starting form March, STTP has chosen to organize SHORT FILM FACTORY in partnership with Carturesti libraries.
Thus, Saturday March 20, SHORT FILM FACTORY 03 will be held in attic of the library Carturesti Verona at 20:00. Starting with April, the event will be held in 7 cities simultaneously in Carturesti locations: Bucharest, Brasov, Constanta, Iasi, Cluj, Suceava and Timisoara.

BITFF 2010 – CALL FOR ENTRIES
Bucharest, a continuously changing city once known as “Little Paris”, is trying to take back it’s rightful place on the World Map as an important cultural place. BITFF, The Bucharest International Tourism Film Festival, wishes to be the first step towards accomplishing this goal. Tourism is the essential element of the city’s life and film is the perfect approach of promoting such a product. Combining the two elements, we will obtain a professional environment, ideal for developing Bucharest’s cultural and tourism aspects.

Combining those two elements, we get a professional environment, ideal for both cultural and touristical development of Bucharest. BITFF takes place every year, in October, within the International Tourism Fair, organized by ANAT at the Parliament Place.
PRESS RELEASE – STTP LOW / NO BUDGET OSFF 2010
Submissions have started in the second edition of the STTP national competition of low / no budget short films. This year the festival is takes place as known, in the online environment, and supports three types of films: drama, documentary and animation.

The prose of time – Oleg Danilceac
Director: Oleg Danilceac (Moldova – 2008)
Plot: By trying to solve one problem, people creates others. They ignore their sacred values: raising a child, digging a well or building up a house. The house is left to the mercy of fate, children are abandoned…. Salvation will come along with the regain of our values… this is “The prose of time” that transformes itself in Man`s drama.
Blind Architecture
Director: Gheorghiu I.M. Oana-Catalina (Romania – 2008)
Plot: This short film is a satire on the abuse of architecture, illustrating seemingly ridiculous and exaggerated situations. The initial balance is atlered by the intervention of Architecture.

Plot: No matter how fast you try to run, addiction is on your footsteps. Nothing can save you anymore… Addiction gives you one way to the end. Hurry up! Your time is running out!

Plot: Children, parents… the rest of the world. This is how he undrestands the world. Parents are busy, children play football or stay at the computer. Others only come to destroy the harmony…
Bottles Inc
Director: Gabriel Romosan (Romania 2008)
Plot: Composed of 4159 frames, “Bottles Inc” is a stop motion animation, that illustrates the struggle of glass products to escape anonymity. In an era dominated by plastic, plystyrene and PVC, bottles displays a colourful show, on funky rhythms.
Carambol – Liviu Sandulescu
Director: Liviu Sandulescu (Romania – 2008)
Plot: Pall Mall, a pseudo-pimp, has a very bad day…. Everything happens too fast and above his will. Caught in this veritable cannon, Pall Mall seems to be in the hands of destiny.
